Specify First Initiative:  Attend Missouri Broadcasters Association Workshop on EEO.

Describe activities undertaken to fulfill that initiative: Training to management level personnel methods of ensuring equal employment opportunities and preventing discrimination.  Howard Miedler, Sales Manager of KWIX and KRES, attended a Missouri Broadcaster Association meeting at Lake Ozark, MO on June 7, 2003. He attended a seminar presented by Gregg Skall, Washington Legal Counsel with Womble Carlyle Sandridge, and Rice for definitions of the new FCC EEO requirements.  Topics covered included recruitment efforts and maintenance of records for all full time job vacancies. A question and answer session followed the presentation.

Specify Second Initiative: Plans proceeding to participate in AHANA Scholarship Program with the University of Missouri in 2004.
