Specify First Initiative:  Missouri Broadcast Association Foundation Internship Support Program.

Describe activities undertaken to fulfill that initiative:  Each station to publicize the internship program, distribute brochures and applications, collect submitted applications, select applicant, submit letter of acceptance to MBA for approval, supervise the intern program for Summer 2005.  Application due by March 22, 2005.  Ads searching for applicants run February 11, 2005 to March 11, 2005.  KAAN AM/FM, Bethany  KMRN/KKWK, Cameron     KAAN, Inc.

Specify Second Initiative: AHANA Minority Scholarship Program at the University of Missouri in Columbia

Describe activities undertaken to fulfill that initiative:  Funded one $1600 scholarship for a minority applicant to the AHANA Scholarship/Workshop on the campus of the University of Missouri in Columbia.  Sent Derek Williams July 12 to teach, instruct, and answer questions during the 10 day event from our staff.
