Describe Scope of Broadcasters' Participation (including name of any other sponsoring or participating organizations):  Funded $1600 to allow one applicant to participate in the AHANA Minority Scholarship and Workshop Program at the University of Missouri in Columbia.  Sent Derek Williams on July 18th, 2006 to teach, instruct and answer questions of scholarship students.
