Specify First Initiative: Attended Job Fair at Vatterott College in St. Joseph Missouri, March 2003

Describe activities undertaken to fulfill that initiative:  Set up booth at the career fair offering job information and opportunities with KAAN, Inc.  Stations highlighted were KAAN AM/FM Bethany, KMRN AM Cameron, and KKWK FM Cameron.  Talked with 5 people, both male and female, and received one application.

Specify Second Initiative:  Participation in scholarship program designed to assist students interested in pursuing a career in broadcasting.
